I found this app when I needed something soothing to help me sleep. I love this app! Not only does it have a lot of noise options but I am able to combine them to make a unique meditation sound that works just for me. It helps me meditate and calm my mind of its worried before I rest. I would suggest this for everyone.

This app really works great for white noise and other nature sounds. Great variety to choose from also. Relaxing and very real like. We sleep some much better
