Insomnia buster

I have fought insomnia for many years. I suffer from severe ptsd complete with flash backs. This app has helped me sleep. It has also helped me realize when I am having a flash back and take control of my dreams so I can get restful sleep. It is one of few apps that I have kept on my phone over the years and I dont see me letting it go any time soon.
